For bookings arriving in January, February, June, July, August and September, cancellations up to 1200 hours, 14 days before the date of arrival will not incur a charge.
For bookings arriving in March, April, May, October, November and December, cancellations up to 1200 hours, 2 days before the date of arrival will not incur a charge.
For cancellations outside the time limits above, the first night's accommodation will be charged to your debit or credit card.
For non-arrival, the first night's accommodation will be charged to your debit or credit card, and the remainder of your booking will be cancelled.
Pets accepted at the hotel (subject to a small charge - please contact us for details).
Accounts become payable in full on departure, when your account balance reaches 1000 EUR or at the request of the management (whichever occurs first).
We will make every effort to provide the services and facilities described on the website for the duration of your stay, but cannot be held responsible if any of these are unavailable for any reason.
We will never pass your details to third parties.  We may occasionally send you information about the hotel.  If you do not wish to receive this information, please email us or 'unsubscribe' when you receive our email.

Bookings must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card, but in the interests of security, we recommend that you do not send your card details by email.  You can provide your card details to us by:
entering them as part of making an on-line booking.
