The restaurant at Hotel Auberge Camelia provides an excellent service to our guests.
By arrangement, the restaurant is open to our guests in the evening for dinner, serving classic regional dishes prepared to an exceptionally high standard.
Our chef Lee Young trained professionally, has experience of working in many high quality establishments and enjoys taking cookery related sabbaticals.
He has travelled to some wonderful parts of Europe such as Berlin, Geneva, Haute-Savoie, Chamonix and London, embracing new ideas and different types of cuisine.
